IIT Guwahati Recruitment 2025 For 6 Junior Technicians

Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IIT Guwahati), a premier institute of national importance, has invited applications for 6 posts of Junior Technician. The recruitment is open to candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field, a Diploma in Engineering, or an ITI with at least 3 years’ experience. Knowledge of computer applications is mandatory. The appointment will be full-time and carries a pay scale under Level-3 of the 7th CPC along with allowances. Eligible candidates can apply online until 15th September 2025.

Education

Candidates must hold either a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline, a three-year Diploma in Engineering, or ITI with at least 3 years of work experience. Knowledge of computer applications is compulsory.

Salary

The post is placed under Pay Level-3 of the 7th CPC, with admissible allowances as per government rules.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit is 27 years.
