IOCL Guwahati Refinery Recruitment 2026 for 82 Apprentice Vacancies

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Guwahati Refinery has announced the recruitment of 82 Apprentices for the 2025 session under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973. The vacancies include a mix of Trade and Technician Apprentices across disciplines like Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Secretarial, Accounts, and Data Entry. Eligible candidates with qualifications ranging from 12th pass, ITI, Diploma, B.Sc., B.Com, or B.A can apply online through the official IOCL portal from 28th November to 18th December 2025. There will be no written test—selection is purely based on document verification. This is a valuable opportunity for freshers and diploma holders to gain hands-on experience at one of India’s leading PSUs.

How to Apply

  1. Visit the IOCL Apprentice portal and register on the respective apprenticeship portals (NAPS for Trade, NATS for Technician).
  2. Fill in the online application form between 28th November and 18th December 2025.
  3. Upload scanned documents including photo, signature, qualification certificates, caste certificate (if applicable), and ID proof.
  4. Ensure all entered details are accurate and submit the form before the deadline.
  5. Keep a printout or soft copy of the application for future reference.
  6. Wait for the tentative merit list scheduled to be released on 27th December 2025.
