All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Guwahati has announced 63 Group-A Faculty vacancies on a direct recruitment basis across 31 departments. The recruitment includes 17 Professor posts, 16 Additional Professor posts, 13 Associate Professor posts and 17 Assistant Professor posts. Candidates generally require MD/MS, DM/M.Ch or the prescribed equivalent postgraduate medical qualification with relevant teaching/research experience, while selected non-medical departments accept a Master’s Degree with Doctorate and the required experience. Eligible candidates must apply online by 15 September 2026 and submit the signed hard copy of the application by 30 September 2026.
